This policy explains how Elite Spa Utah collects, uses and protects your information when you visit elitespautah.com, book with us or contact us. Elite Spa Utah is operated by J Massage LLC.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number and email address when you book, use our contact form or message us through the chat on our site, and anything you write to us.
Booking details: the service, date and time you choose. Bookings go through our booking provider.
Payment: when you pay online, you type your card into our payment processor's secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
Collected automatically: pages visited, device type and approximate location, through Google Analytics and Opinly.

To book, confirm and remind you about appointments.

To measure which of our ads lead to bookings.

Text messages

When you give us your phone number and agree to receive messages, we may text you about your appointments: confirmations, reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. We share them only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only for that purpose.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics and Opinly to understand how our site is used. We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to bookings. These tools may set cookies. When you book online, we may send Google a hashed copy of your email address. A hash is a one-way scrambled code. Google uses it only to match your booking to an ad you clicked. We never send your phone number for this. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the spa, such as our booking and messaging provider, our payment processor and our analytics and advertising tools, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and accounting rules. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.
