Who we are

Elite Spa Utah is the downtown sister studio to J Massage SLC, both operated by J Massage LLC. Between the two rooms, our therapists have earned a reputation Salt Lake keeps coming back for, currently 4.9 stars across 153 Google reviews here at Elite. We built this location for people who want the range of a full spa, couples suites, a Japanese head spa, foot reflexology, infrared sauna, without the fuss or the markup that usually comes with it.

Licensed, every chair

Every therapist at Elite Spa Utah is licensed by the State of Utah. That isn't a nice-to-have, it's the floor. You're getting trained, credentialed bodywork, and a therapist who listens before they start and adjusts as they go. Tell us where it hurts, tell us the pressure you like, and the session bends to you, not the other way around.

What a visit feels like

Private rooms, robes and slippers, draping done right, and no one rushing you out the door. Book a single massage or add a 30-minute infrared sauna, cupping, CBD, or hot stones at checkout. Come as a couple and take the two-bed suite. Come solo and disappear into a head spa. We're open every day, 10am to 10pm, and most days we can fit you in same-day, just call.
